Upon sign-up you will be advised our dedicated email support address, simply send any support requests to that email address including any attachments and we’ll swing into action.

* Included support tasks each month (30 minutes or less per task). Common tasks include: Content updates, Plugin research and setup, Theme or stylesheet changes, Embedding 3rd-party scripts, Server or DNS changes, Configuring forms, General WP questions and assistance. If your request is substantially outside the 30 minute task limit we'll contact you to discuss and or quote where appropriate. Updates are guaranteed to be completed and or appropriately responded to with 72 hours of being registered in our support system.

** Major updates will be tested using a current copy of your site on a staging server before being implemented on your live site. This can help eliminate any unexpected issues with theme or plugin compatibility with major updates.

NB: We can care for your WooCommerce enabled website on any plan but staging server testing will only be carried out if you are on the WP Care Ultimate Plan.
